PUBLIC NOTICE I, RUTH WALKER,…

PUBLIC NOTICE

I, Ruth Walker, of Ameagle, WV being of sound mind want to post this legal information (late) but I hereby swear under oath before God as my witness that the deceased widow of Mr. Kenneth Larabee ( also deceased) who owned their land, all property across from the Appalachian Bible College on North Sand Branch Road; to include the brick Apartment building there. I did set with Ms. Larabee in her home and stay the night with her and she asked me to and she insisted on paying me for that job to keep her company. She confided in me that her (AKA nickname "Boots" Larabee) and Kenny, her husband who was deceased, that she said her and Kenny had a lawyer fix up where they wanted 1 million dollars to be given to the Appalachian Bible College, and she said they had no children to leave their money to after they passed away. She said to me that she didn't know who would get their property either since they had no children.

I used to help my mother Helen Walker, who lived on a rental trailer Lot #8 then and I helped cut that grass also so she didn't have to worry about it. Mom at times had me take Ms. "Boots: Larabee the rent money due on the trailer lot she rented then and I put it in Ms. Larabee, AKA nickname "Boots", outside lockbox ( red in color), "Boots" Larabee paid me several times to home-set with her in her brick home to keep her company and spend the night; she was a caring person who intended to support the Appalachian Bible College after her passing, so I want the truth to be known here about her last testimony and wishes in which she did confide in me of, and I pray a sound minded WV State Court Judge honors her last wishes; God Bless and Thank you.
Signed Ruth Ellen Walker.
