If you were a patient of Access Vision, formerly located at 1623 Robert C. Byrd Dr, Crab Orchard, WV, and would like to pick up your patient records, you may do so on Thursday July 9th from 9AM to 1PM, or on Thursday July 16th from 1PM to 5PM. Records will no longer be available after these dates. Please note, valid identification will be required to obtain individual records.
