PUBLIC SALE
The West Virginia School of Osteo-pathic Medicine (WVSOM) located at 400 Lee St., North, Lewisburg, WV 24901, will conduct a public sale of surplus items, by sealed, written bid. The items for sale can be viewed from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Maintenance/Receiving Bldg. Monday through Friday during work hours only. Viewing of items will begin 12:00 noon Friday, September 20, 2019 and end at 10:00 a.m. on October 3, 2019. Please contact Ernest Piercy at (304) 647-6212 for an appointment to view items. Prospective bidders must obtain a bid sheet and must complete one bid sheet for each different item. WVSOM will begin receiving bids on September 20, 2019. Written bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 3, 2019 in the Contracts/Purchasing Office, Room A-221 marked Attn: Jennifer Freeman. Bids will be tabulated and awards will be made to the highest bidder. The successful bidder(s) will be contacted and all items shall be paid for and picked up by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 11, 2019. Payment will be required before the property can be removed. WVSOM WILL ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, CASH, and CHECKS FOR PAYMENT OF SUR-PLUS SALE ITEMS. ALL ITEMS NOT PAID FOR BY 4:00 P.M. ON OCTOBER 11, 2019 WILL VOID AWARDED BID.
