PUBLIC SALE
The Raleigh County Board of Education will accept sealed bids for the sale of (2) 24 x 60 Classroom Building located at Shady Spring High School, 300 Hinton Road, Shady Spring, WV 25918. The classroom building’s is not a modular design, but is stick built.
Sealed Bids will be accepted until Monday, June 25, 2018, 10:00 a.m. at which time they will be opened at the Raleigh County Board of Education, Purchasing Office, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801. Building’s will be open on June 22, 2018 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon for inspection.
Acceptable high bidder must provide complete payment within 24 hours of bid date and removal of buildings within seven (7) calendar days from date of sale.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make selections as is deemed to be in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools.
