NOTICE AND INVITATION FOR COMMENT On July 20, 2026, the Public Service Commission of West Virginia(Commission) opened a general investigation to receive comments and recommendations regarding proposed rules governing the regulation of electric generating capacity requirements subject to the jurisdiction provided the Commission pursuant to W. Va. Code 24-2-1d. The Commission also established a period for interested parties to submit written comments and recommendations.
