Application to amend P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-7567 to include Summers, Mercer, Raleigh, Fayette, Nicholas, Monroe, Pocahontas and Webster Counties.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO AMEND CERTIFICATE

On September 5, 2019, Open Doors for the Developmentally Challenged, Inc., doing business as Greenworks Recycling, filed an application for the amendment of P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-7567. The proposed amendment is as follows:

to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of recyclable materials, excluding the transportation of trash, rubbish and garbage, between points and
places in Greenbrier (excluding roll-off container service), Summers, Mercer, Raleigh, Fayette, Nicholas, Monroe, Pocahontas and Webster Counties, West Virginia, to places of recycling and further providing that the holder of the certificate shall not co-mingle the recyclable materials with non-recyclable materials.

Anyone desiring to protest and/or intervene should file a written protest and/or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and
the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
