NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE RATES

On August 23, 2019, White Oak Public Service District filed with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia, an Application requesting increased rates and charges for furnishing sewer service to approximately 959 customers in Fayette County, West Virginia.

The Staff of the Public Service Commission have reviewed the Application and have recommended increased rates and charges designed to produce approximately $56,645 annually in additional revenue, an overall increase of 14.07{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}, for 24 months. Afterwards, rates would decease by 2.056{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}. The prior and recommended rates are as follows:

Anyone desiring to protest the proposed rates and charges must do so, in writing, within ten (10) days of the date of publication of this notice. All protests should be addressed to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P. O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323. To help the Commission determine the justification for additional review and investigation, protests must be specific as to reasons that the proposed rates and charges should be modified.

The Commission may adopt rates and charges for White Oak Public Service District which are the same as, greater than or less then the Staff-recommended rates and charges.
