NOTICE
On January 28, 2020, Entourage Limos, LLC, filed a petition for the Commission to approve the transfer of control of Entourage Limos, LLC, from Tim Meeks to Jeffery Roy. Entourage Limos, LLC holds P.S.C. M.C. Certificate Nos. 7312, 7342, 7421 and 7545. The Certificates allow Entourage Limos, LLC, to provide limousine service in the following counties: Raleigh, Fayette, Kanawha, Nicholas, Putnam and Wayne.
On May 28, 2020, Commission Staff recommended the petition be approved, if there are no protests, after proper publication.
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
