NOTICE OF FILING On September 11, 2025, Compassionate Care Transport, LLC, fi led an application with the West Virginia Public Service Commission under West Virginia Code §24A-2-5 for a certifi cate of public convenience and necessity – To operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers for non-emergency medical transport in Mineral, Grant and Hardy Counties, in West Virginia to other points in West Virginia. Rates: Loading Fee (one way): $75.00 Loading Fee (round-trip): $150.00 Mileage Charge: $3.00 per mile (until transport completed) Waiting Fee: First thirty (30) minutes: $0.00 All minutes over the fi rst thirty: $1.00 per minute
Anyone affected by or opposed to the application must object, in writing, or fi le a letter of protest or seek intervenor status in this matter within ten days of this publication. All such letters must be addressed to: Karen Buckley, Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323. If no written protests or objections to the application are received by the Commission within ten days, the Commission may waive formal hearing and grant the application based upon its review of i formation submitted with the application.
