NOTICE OF FILING
On December 3, 2015, West Virginia Tire Disposal, Inc. filed an application seeking the transfer and assisgnment of P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-7402 to T2E Trucking, Inc. The authority will be transferred at no cost. Other assets proposed to be transferred include four vehicles.
P.S.C. M.C. Certificate No. F-7402 authorizes operations as a common carrier by motor vehicle in specialized service in the transportation of used tires from points and places in West Virginia to a mono-fill for used tires, located in Nicholas County, north of WV Route 39, within two (2) miles of the point at which WV 39 crosses Bryant Branch of Peters Creek.
Anyone desiring to object to the application must do so, in writing, within ten days after the date of publication of this notice. Objections or protests should be mailed to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, PO Box 812, Charleston, WV 25323.
