CHECK CHARGE
By order issued on December 3, 2014, the Public Service Commission authorized Nicholas Sanitation, Inc. to add a returned check charge to its tariff. Accordingly, Nicholas Sanitation, Inc. will hereafter assess a returned check charge against each customer who pays a bill for solid waste service with a bad check in the amount of the bad check charge assessed against Nicholas Sanitation, Inc. by its applicable bank, but, in any event, the bad check charge shall not exceed $25.00.
