NOTICE
The Summers County Commission will conduct a public test of the automatic tabulating equipment (ExpressVote) to be used in the Tuesday, June 9, 2020 Primary Election.
The test will be held in the Summers County Commission Office, 120 Ballengee Street, Suite 203, Hinton, WV on the 22nd day of May, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. The test shall be open to representatives of the political parties, candidates, the press and the public.
The Summers County Commission has determined, based upon guidance issued by the federal government, the state of West Virginia, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, that a public meeting that allows citizens to attend in person constitutes a public health risk at this time.
