NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 13th day of August, 2019, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Joseph J. Smith for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Second Residence on property located at 112 Greendale Lane, Cool Ridge, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 42, Parcel 17.12, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
