NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 8th day of October, 2019, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of David Wayne Walker for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Telecommunications Equipment Shelter on property located off of Blue Jay Six Road, Cool Ridge, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 34, Parcel 112, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
