NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 8th day of October, 2019, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Earnie and Drema Milam for the purpose of a Setback Variance on property located at 157 Bowles Avenue, Crab Orchard, WV, Town District, Tax Map 4003, Parcel 114, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
