This is notice that on the 8th day of October, 2019, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of David D. Walker for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit of a Telecommunications Equipment Shelter on property located off of Blue Jay Six Road, Cool Ridge, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 34, Parcel 12, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
