NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 10th day of July, 2018, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m. the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of David Cook for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for the placement of a mobile home in (R2) Residential Zone on property located at 118 Sanford Place, Beaver, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 1009, Parcel 2, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 9, 2018, will be considered.
