NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of January, 2020, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of YA-DAYYANU, LLC, for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for an Apartment Complex on propety located at 124 Pearl Street, Beckley, WV, Town District, Map 21, Parcel 57, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
