NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 11th day of February, 2020, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of James and Shelly Moore, there agent (Rebekah Seigel of Cross Development) for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Retail Store on property located at 1697 Flat Top Road, Cool Ridge, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 33, Parcel 8, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
