RALEIGH COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
NOTICE or PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 2nd day of June, 2020, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of John Paul Bays for the purpose of a Front and Rear Setback Variance on property located at 2892 Coal City Road, Coal City, WV, Slab Fork District, Tax Map 10A, Parcel 65, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerninig this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by June 1st, 2020, wil be considered.
