NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of July, 2020, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Herber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Johnny & Stephanie Lilly for the purpose of a conditional use Permit for a second residence on property located at 146 Argell Griffith Road, Ghent, WV Shady Spring District, Tax Map 3001, Parcel 28, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
