NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of August, 2018, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Jerry Bowyer for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit to operate Auto Repair Shop in (R2) Residential Zone on property located at 147 Colts Foot Lane, Mount Hope, WV, Town District, Tax Map 7002, Parcel 11.7, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by August 13, 2018 will be considered.
