NOTICE or PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of July, 2020, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Charles & Frances Evans for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a second residence on property located at 405 Davis Cemetery Road, Mt. Hope, WV, Town District, Tax Map 4, Parcel 82, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerninig this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 13th, 2020, wil be considered.
