NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 18th day of November, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Gregory or Pamela Davis for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a second residence on property located at 464 Mt. view Road, Cool Ridge, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 34, Parcel 65.7, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
