NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 19th day of May, 2026, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Hunter Tolliver for the purpose of a conditional use permit for garage for personal use & small lawn care business on property located at 1668 C & O Dam Road, Daniels, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 1008, Parcels 5 & 8 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
