NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 14th day of July, 2026, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Forefront Properties, LLC for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Commercial Production Facility, Warehousing, Storage and Office Operations on property located at 139 3rd Street, Beaver, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 1003, Parcels 105.1 & 106, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by July 13th, 2026, will be considered.
