Notice to Manufacturers
Project: Solicitation of Bids for
Campground Pedestals
The Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority is seeking bids from qualified manufacturers to produce 110 vinyl (or similar) pedestals for utility connection at Lake Stephens Campground.
A preproposal conference will be held at the Raleigh County Commission Building, 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801 at 11:00 a.m. on September 3, 2019. Project specifications will be distributed and discussed at this time. Questions may be directed to Molly Williams, Executive Director Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority at (304) 254-8371.
Sealed Bids for this project will be received by the Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority Board until 11:00 a.m. on September 17, 2019. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud Tuesday, September 17, 2019. Submit bids to the Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority, Attention Molly Williams, 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801. Please mark each envelope “Campground Pedestals”.
The Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any /or all proposals and waive informality in the process.
