NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 17th day of October, 2019 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 p.m., the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Eastern Asphalt Products, LLC on property owned by Beaver Coal Company Limited, for the purpose of a Concrete Batch Plant. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural / Residential and the proposed zoning is to be (II) Industrial. The property to be affected is 556.21 acres and the physical address is 1799 Sullivan Road, Beaver, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 24, Part of Parcel 13, (556.21 acres), Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
