NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 21st day of November, 2019 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 p.m., the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing to rezone 9.16 acres of property upon the application of Crab Orchard Creek, LLC for the purpose of Medical offices, non-medical offices and community recreation. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R2) Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Business / Commercial. The property to be affected is located at 1404 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Crab Orchard, Town District, Tax Map 400-6, Part of Parcel 59, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by November 20, 2019 will be considered.
