WVSOM Fiber Enhancement Project
WV School of Osteopathic Med-icine (WVSOM) Board of Governors on behalf of WVSOM is soliciting competitive firm fixed priced bids from qualified responsive Vendors to enhance WVSOM’s existing fiber infrastructure from the Student Activity Center to the Maintenance Building. The existing fiber is insufficient to meet the growth needs of our campus. To be done in accordance with the terms and conditions of this WVSOM Request for Bid (RFB) for completion of the Fiber Enhancement Project.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEE-TING AND SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON MAY 12, 2016 AT 11:00 A.M. IN THE (I.T.) INFO-RMATION TECHNOLOGY CONF-ERENCE ROOM. ONLY VEN-DORS WHO ATTEND THE MAN-DATORY PRE-BID MEETING ARE ELIGIBLE TO BID.
Sealed bids will be received in the WVSOM Contracts Department, Room A220/221, located at 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 until 3:00 p.m. on 23 MAY 2016 at which time all sealed bids will be publically opened and read aloud. Meeting room Second Floor Quad Conference Room. Bids received after this date and time will not be opened or considered for award. NO CONDITIONAL BIDS SHALL BE ACCEPTED.
