REQUEST FOR BID (RFB) RFB NUMBER: WVSOM-B-16-013 ROBERT C BYRD CLINIC CARPET PROJECT West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) on behalf of the WVSOM Board of Governors is soliciting firm fixed priced bids for WVSOM FY 2016 Carpet Project. Sealed bids will be received in the WVSOM Contracts Department, Room A220/A221, 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 until 3:30 p.m. (EST) October 14, 2015 at which time all sealed bids will be publically opened and read aloud. Bids received after this date and time will not be opened or considered for award. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held on September 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. (EST) at the Robert C. Byrd Clinic located at 400 North Jefferson Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901. Meeting room number will be provided in the RFB. The RFB will be issued on or about September 11, 2015. Sealed proposals must be received by the WVSOM Contracts Department, 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901, Room A221 no later than 3:30 p.m. (EST) on October 14, 2015 as required in accordance with the RFB.
