REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority is soliciting sealed bids for a new/unused 16 foot Gooseneck dump trailer to be delivered to Greenbrier Recycle Center, 450 Monroe Ave, Ronceverte, WV 24970. Bids must be received no later than 6 PM November 8, 2016.
Trailer shall meet the following at a minimum:
1. New/unused 16 foot G.V.W.R of 14,000 Lbs.
2. 10 gauge smooth steel floor and 24″ 12 gauge sides.
3. 2-5/16″ Adjustable Pipe coupler with safety chains and 7-Way RV plug.
4. Two 7,000 Lb EZ Lube axles with electric brakes.
5. Self Contained Electric Hydraulic Scissor Life with lockable pump and battery box.
6. Spare tire mount with matching tire.
7. Fully Formed Shroud for Tarp with Crank Style Roll Tarp included.
8. L.E.D. Lighting with grommet mount sealed lighting and protected wiring.
9. Duel 12,000 Lb Side wind drop legs jack.
10. 45 degree dump angle with combo gate.
Bid shall include the following:
1. Warranty Detail.
2. Manufacturers Sales Literature.
3. Delivery Date.
4. Payment Schedule.
5. A separate page detailing any items that do not meet minimum requirements.
