REQUEST FOR BIDS The Fayette County Commission will receive bids on behalf of the Fayette County OES/ 911 Center until 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 17th, 2016 for needed repairs to the HVAC Johnson Control 2 Unit System Model #J25ZIS32Q2DZZ10004B to consist of the following: b Installing Jace 6 b Discovering bacnet points from Johnson Control equipment controllers (AHU’S, VAV’S, ETC.) b Writing programming to control operation of equipment. b Installing JEC334 programmable controller on AHU. b Writing programming to control AHU operation. b Building 3D graphics for user interface. b Testing system. b Customer training. Bids shall include parts, all labor and programming associated with integrating Johnson control HVAC controls into a Niagara Front End and replacing bad controller on AHU with an open protocol programmable controller. Manufacturer and dealer warranties, support and date of delivery are to be specified in the bid.
