REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Greenbrier County Commission is seeking sealed bids for the roof repair and recoating, paint and repair clock tower, and repair chimney at the Courthouse located in Lewisburg, WV.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 10, 2020 at 11 a.m. at 912 Court Street N., Lewisburg, WV 24901. All interested contractors, or their representatives, must be present to be eligible to bid. Bids will be accepted at the Greenbrier County Commission office until 4:30 p.m. on March 23, 2020. All bids submitted will be opened at the Commission meeting on March 24, 2020. If a bid is awarded, all work must be completed within 90 days. The Greenbrier County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, and other related documents will be available at the pre-bid conference.
