REQUEST FOR BIDS The Region I Planning & Development Council is soliciting bids for a new, unused 2015 Nissan Pathfinder (or equivalent). The vehicle must have the following specifications: Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive Factory installed Bluetooth hands-free telephone capability Factory or dealer installed OEM hood protector Factory or dealer installed OEM splash guards Factory or dealer installed OEM fog lights Submit all sealed bids to the following address: Region I Planning & Development Council Attn: Vehicle Bid 1439 East Main Street, Suite 5 Princeton, WV 24740 (304) 431-7225 The Council will accept sealed bids until 4:00 p.m. on February 9, 2015. Full bid specifications may be viewed at the offices of Region I (address above). The Region I Planning & Development Council reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive informalities in any bids, and to accept other than the lowest cost it deems necessary in the best interest of the Council.
