Request For Bids
The Greenbrier Co. Solid Waste Authority is soliciting sealed bids for one Rectangular Recycling Roll Off (with cable hook up) to be delivered to Greenbrier Recycling Center, 812 Monroe Ave, Ronceverte, WV 24970 until 2:00 PM August 3, 2015.
Roll Off shall meet the following
at a minimum:
1. Size: 30 yard.
2. Length: 22 feet.
3. Front/Rear ground rollers with grease fittings.
4. Nose rollers with grease fittings.
5. 3/16” floor sheet with 16” centered crossmembers.
6. 10 gauge sides with 12 gauge side post on 24” centers with rolled bottom.
7. Hip roof, 10 gauge with 3 lids per side.
8. Must be undercoated on the bottom.
9. Must be painted inside/outside. Outside to be USA Green.
10. The container should be designed as to keep rain water out.
Bid shall include the following:
1. Detailed specifications of all mate-rials to be used.
2. Warranty detail.
3. Manufacturers sales literature.
4. Freight to jobsite.
5. Delivery date.
6. Payment schedule.
7. Listed on a separate sheet of paper any and all items that do not meet bid specs.
The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part. The authority also reserves the right to purchase more than one container at the bid price. Call 304-645-4232 for more info. Mike Eltzroth, Chairman
