REQUEST FOR BIDS SOUTH CHARLESTON PUBLIC LIBRARY ROOF REPLACEMENT The City of South Charleston is soliciting bid on behalf of the South Charleston Public Library to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of materials, labor, equipment, and all incidentals to replace the existing middle roof section at the South Charleston Public Library with a new EPDM roof system at 312 4th Ave, South Charleston, WV 25303. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on October 14, 2025 at 10 am South Charleston Public Library, 312 4th Ave, South Charleston, WV. All contractors wishing to participate in the RFQ are required to be at the pre-bid meeting. If a contractor is not at the pre-bid meeting, their bid will not be accepted. The contractor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the roof replacement, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the project specifications.
