Request for Bids
The City of Ronceverte is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of an automatic generator at the Ronceverte City Hall and Police Department in Ronceverte, WV funded by the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. A pre-bid meeting to discuss the project will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Ronceverte City Hall at 11:00 a.m. to answer any questions prior to bid submission.
Sealed bids will be accepted by mail, UPS, Fed Ex, or hand delivery at City Hall until 2:00 p.m. on November 8, 2018. Completed bid packets can be sent to City of Ronceverte, PO Box 417, 182 Main Street, West, Ronceverte, West Virginia 24970. All must be clearly marked **GENERATOR SEALED BID**. Any bid not meeting this requirement will not be accepted. City of Ronceverte reserves the right to reject any and all bids presented.
