REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Fayette County Commission will receive bids until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2019 for paving of parking lot the Fayette County 911 Center at 1047 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV. Bids shall include all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform the work and shall be appropriately itemized to show the total cost for the project which include:
Approximately 27.757 square
feet of compacted asphalt.
Mill joints will be used to provide smooth transition between
new and existing asphalt.
Asphalt paving at a minimum
of 1 1/2 “inch compaction.
A WVDOH approved Wearing
1 asphalt will be used for this
project.
Bids shall state estimated start and completion dates for performing work. All material guaranteed to be as specified.

Sealed bids are to be sent to the Fayette County Commission, P. O. Box 307, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840 and marked “PAVING BIDS-FAYETTE COUNTY 911 CENTER” no later than September 26, 2019.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all bids received.
