REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority is currently seeking sealed bids for the supply of one new undercarriage for a D7R track type tractor. Bids must include the following.
Sealed and lubricated tracks. 36″ extreme service trapezoidal track pads installed. 8 single flanged rollers, 6 double flanged rollers, 2 carrier rollers. Including all new hardware, for installation. Warranty against leaking, and breakage. Price must include freight charges. Bids may be mailed to or dropped off at 200Fernandez Drive, Beckley WV 25801. Bids will be accepted until 1:30 p.m. on April 10, 2018, bids will be opened April 10, 2018 at 1:35 p.m. at the RCSWA business office located on 200 Fernandez Drive Beckley WV 25801. The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any formalities.
