REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority is currently seeking bids for the rebuild of a 6 cubic yard Lemac excavator bucket. This rebuild will consist of replacing bucket bottom, wear strips along the bottom of the bucket, bucket side wear plates, and new cutting edge that will need to be fabricated for the new shanks. Install of new Caterpillar shanks and teeth. All pin fits shall be measured and line bored to original specs. Price shall include cleaning, painting, pickup and delivery of bucket. Bids will be accepted until 2:30 p.m. and opened at 2:35 p.m., Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the RCSWA business office located at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley WV 25801. Bids must be sealed and marked 750 Bucket. Bids may be mailed to 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 or dropped off at our business office at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. The RCSWA reserves the right to reject all bids and waive all formalities.
