REQUEST FOR BIDS
Town of Rupert is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of an automatic generator at the Rupert Water Plant in Rupert, WV funded by the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. Detailed sealed bid specifications and questions can be requested by email to

Sealed bids will be accepted by mail, UPS, or hand delivery until 4:00 p.m. on October 26, 2018. Completed bid packets can be sent to Town of Rupert, PO Drawer B (USPS), or 528 Nicholas Street (shipping company), Rupert, WV 25984. **All must be clearly marked “GENERATOR SEALED BID”**. Any bid not meeting this requirement will not be accepted. Town of Rupert is not responsible for sealed bid packages that are not delivered by the deadline.
The Town of Rupert reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented.
