REQUEST FOR BlDS Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, Chief Logan Recreational Center, Inc. is seeking bids for tree and brush clearing services associated with the proposed Mountain Coaster project. Work shall include selective removal and disposal of designated trees and brush within marked limits of disturbance, hauling and/or mulching of cleared materials, and protection of environmentally sensitive areas as indicated on site. Bid documents and site information will be made available at the mandatory pre-bid meeting on Wednesday October 14, 2025 at 2:00 pm to be located at Chief Logan Recreational Center, Inc.505 Conference Center Drive Chapmanville, WV 25508 Bidders must provide proof of insurance, applicable licenses, and demonstrate experience with clearing projects in mountainous terrain. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum or unit price basis. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
