REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Architectural/ Engineering Services Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, the Mercer County Board of Education is seeking expressions of interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural/Engineering Services for miscellaneous small projects ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000.
