REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES Clean Water LLC is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering consulting firms detailing the firms' qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references, and related prior experience to provide civil and environmental engineering services for an AML Economic Revitalization (AMLER) Grant Program project involving the installation of Clean Water patented water treatment technology and equipment. Professional services may include, but are not limited to, environmental engineering, civil engineering design, preliminary engineering reports, assistance with obtaining funding, preparation of construction plans and specifications, permitting, bidding and contracting services, construction administration services, and construction observation services. Procurement of said services will be in accordance with applicable provisions of the West Virginia Code. Questions concerning this request may be directed to Randy Huffman at [email protected] Attention is directed to the fact that the proposed project(s) will be undertaken with AMLER Grant funding sources and that all work will be performed in accordance with the relevant regulations, including those issued by the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement ("OSMRE") and the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection ("WVDEP"). The selected firm will be required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order 11246, Section 109 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1974, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Conflict of Interest provisions, Access to Records requirements, and all other applicable requirements. Clean Water LLC will evaluate the statements of qualifications and performance data submitted by interested firms and will conduct interviews with those firms deemed most qualified. The firm determined to be most qualified will be selected, subject to successful negotiation of a fair and reasonable contract.
