The City of Charles Town is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to repair and repaint exterior windows and doors of Rouss Hall, 108 N. George. The Request for Proposal is available on the City’s website www.charlestownwv.us under Business >Requests for Proposals and also at City Hall, 101 E. Washington, Charles Town, WV 25414.
