Construction of Natural Playground
Town of Clay Municipal Park/Trailhead
Sealed request for proposals will be received by the WVU-Extension Service at 246 Main Street/PO Box 119, Clay, West Virginia, 25043 up to 4:00 p.m. until July 12th, 2022 for the work described below at the location indicated with Chapter 5G of the West Virginia Code. Each proposal must be received in a sealed envelope and addressed to the address listed above and clearly labeled Town of Clay Municipal Park Natural Playground.
Construct a natural playground from the included design at the Town of Clay Municipal Park on the lot adjacent to the Clay Volunteer Fire Department (formerly Telford’s Chevrolet). Work shall include, but not be limited to, provide and pack clean fill dirt, equipment assembly and placement, landscape to provide proper drainage in play areas, follow all drawings and design plans provided by The Natural Playground Company, LLC.
All work obviously necessary for the completion of the contract shall be included, whether or not shown in the design(s) or specified.
A non-mandatory on-site visit will be held on July 7th, 2022 at 10 a.m. for any potential contractors who are interested in seeing the site or have additional questions.
The WVU-Extension Service reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason whatsoever.
