Request for Proposals
The Randolph County Commission is accepting proposals for a menu bid including equipment and services for emergency communications center and erection of communications towers and all related equipment in Randolph County, W.V. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 17, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Randolph County 911 Center at 30 Randolph Ave. Suite 1, Elkins, WV 26241. Company representative must attend the pre-bid meeting to be eligible to participate in the bid process. Site visits to the various locations will follow the meeting. The full RFP will be available at the 911 Center located at 30 Randolph Ave. Suite 1, Elkins, WV 26241. Bid specifications will be available at the pre-bid meeting. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Randolph County Commission office until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 29, 2016. Bids should be addressed to: Randolph County Commission: Emergency 911 Communication Equipment and Services Proposal, 4 Randolph Ave., Elkins, WV 26241. Bids will be opened in the open Randolph County Commission meeting on March 3, 2016.
