Request for Proposal The City of Smithers Sanitary Board, Fayette County, West Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified contractors wishing to enter into an annual contract for general and emergency repair services. The contract will run from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. Interested parties should contact the City of Smithers Sanitary Board for a listing of the services requested. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked, “Proposal for Contracted Repair Services”, to the Sanitary Board no later than 4:30 p.m., May 31, 2016, at which time the Sanitary Board will formally receive all proposals.
