REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE BRUSH HOGGING AT NORTH CENTRAL WV
AIRPORT
Sealed proposals are requested for brush hogging to be done at the North Central WV Airport. Brush hogging will be done at identified locations indicated on the property map. You may obtain a copy of the map which will be available in the director’s office, on the second floor of the terminal, or you can make an appointment with Ron Cochran at 304-641-3624 between the hours of 9-3 Monday – Friday and he will show you the locations that need cleared.
The bids will only be accepted if it is a total lump sum amount for all locations on the property. We will NOT ACCEPT any bid with an hourly rate.
All bidders must have proof of insurance and workers comp and provide a copy to the Benedum Airport if your bid is accepted. Proposals will be received at the airport office, addressed to the attention of Shawn Long, Deputy Director. Benedum Airport Authority, 2000 Aviation Way, Terminal Building, North Central West Virginia Airport, Bridgeport, WV 26330, telephone number 304-842-3400 between the hours of 9:00 – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Proposals are due October 15th at noon (12:00 p.m.).
Benedum Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any informality in the proposal received, whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Authority.
